Install Tampermonkey
Tampermonkey is the extension that runs EdgyX. Get it from the official site, not from a mirror.

Turn on developer mode
Open your browser's extensions page and switch on Developer mode in the top right corner. Chrome and Edge both need this before an extension is allowed to run userscripts.

Allow user scripts
On the extensions page, find Tampermonkey, open Details, scroll down, and enable Allow User Scripts.
Chrome and Edge only. If you are on Firefox, skip this and go to the next step. -

Install the script
Click the button. Tampermonkey opens its install screen. Press Install.

Redeem your key
Open any Edgenuity lesson. The EdgyX panel appears and asks for your key. Paste the eight characters from your purchase and you are done.

Install Userscripts for Safari
Tampermonkey does not exist on iOS. Userscripts is the free Safari extension that does the same job.

Turn it on in Safari
Open Settings, then Apps, then Safari, then Extensions. Switch on Userscripts and set its permission for edgenuity.com to Allow.

Pick a scripts folder
Open the Userscripts app once and choose any folder in Files when it asks. This is where your scripts live.

Add the script
In Safari, tap the extensions icon in the address bar, open Userscripts, then use the plus button and choose to add from a URL.

Redeem your key
Open an Edgenuity lesson in Safari. The panel appears and asks for your key. Paste the eight characters from your purchase.
iPad handles this much better than iPhone. On a phone the panel covers a lot of the lesson, so use landscape.
If something is not working
The panel never appears
Check that developer mode and Allow User Scripts are both still on. Browser updates switch them off. After turning them back on, quit the browser completely and reopen it, then hard refresh the lesson.
It says my key is invalid
Keys are eight characters and never contain the letters I or O, since those get confused with 1 and 0. Paste rather than type, and check you did not pick up a trailing space.
My key ran out of slots
Open the Key tab in the panel and use Log out all. That frees every slot on the key, including the one you are using, so you will need to redeem again afterwards.
Features are greyed out
That is deliberate. Regular Edgenuity features grey out on EdgeEX pages and EdgeEX features grey out on regular Edgenuity, because they cannot run there. Hover a greyed row to see why.
Answers are filling in but nothing submits
Auto Submit is a separate toggle from Auto Answers. Turn both on, or apply the recommended setup from the panel, which switches on the pair together.
